Dealing With The Arts! Martial Arts That Is!

On June 26-28 Shihan Christopher Muhammad Coordinator of Muhammad Mosque #7 Ministry of Defense & #7 Dojo, led a busload of trained artist (Martial Artist) that is to the recent United Schools of Survival National training Seminar in Arlington, Il.The Youth were ages 13 & up were victorious in sparring & brought back home "The Elevated Places" trophies & awards from 1st place to 4th place back home to New York City.Not only do I write about the arts in all forms I decided to write about the great things that transpire in our communities that go unnoticed.So I saluted Bro. Shihan for his work with the elders, youth & ministry with the honor of what he is doing to discipline the minds not only with training but what is called, Martial Arts.

Well on July 29th all the actors, directors, producers etc. all came out to support our casue in making a great film.We had Executives Producers from other shows congradulating us on our plight in making this film.I have so many articles to write on behalf of the many people I met & learned from as well. From actors/actresses to CPA's & Financial Advisors from top branchs in the country were all in attendence at our event.It was successful despite the fast track we've recently been on to start shooting next month.But theres much more work that needs to be done in order for us to fine touch a few more things.This movie is going to be on of the New York City classics as our Director Cybil stated at the event.Stay tuned as I write about the countless talent we came across on that day & the relationships established by us all.
